1. About Our Products
FOSACH Accessories offers fashion jewellery and fashion accessories.
Our products are fashion/artificial jewellery and are not claimed to be precious jewellery unless specifically stated in the product description.
Product images are provided for representation. Slight variations in colour, finish or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
Product specifications, availability and prices may be changed or updated without prior notice.
2. Product Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.
The price applicable at the time the order is successfully placed will apply to that order.
FOSACH Accessories reserves the right to correct any pricing or product information errors.
3. Orders & Payment
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, mobile number, email address and shipping address.
FOSACH Accessories is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, technical errors, suspected fraudulent activity or incorrect pricing.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across India.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
Delivery timelines may be affected by festivals, weather, courier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking details will be shared with the customer after the order is shipped.
5. Return, Refund & Exchange
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of fashion jewellery and accessories, products once purchased and delivered are not eligible for return, refund or exchange for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, colour preference or any other reason.
However, if a customer receives a wrong product or a product that is damaged during delivery, the customer must contact FOSACH Accessories within 48 hours of delivery with:

The matter will be reviewed and, where applicable, an appropriate resolution may be provided.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
6. Product Care
Customers are advised to follow the care instructions provided with the product. Exposure to water, perfume, sweat, chemicals, cosmetics or moisture may affect the appearance and finish of fashion jewellery.
FOSACH Accessories is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, storage or care of the product.
7. Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur.
FOSACH Accessories reserves the right to update, modify or remove website content, product information, prices or availability without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including the FOSACH Accessories name, logo, product photographs, graphics, text and other original materials, belongs to FOSACH Accessories or its respective owners.

FOSACH Accessories will make reasonable efforts to process and deliver orders correctly. However, we are not responsible for delays or failures caused by courier services, incorrect customer information, technical issues, natural events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
